Service of Process

O.C.G.A §50-21-35(a) requires state agencies to name “designees for service of process for civil actions brought against the state.” Accordingly, the following personnel are designated to receive service of process for the Office of Planning and Budget:

• Stephanie Beck - Deputy Director
• Richard Dunn - Director
• Uliton Casey - Division Director, Administration
