State Compensation Commission Reports

The Georgia State Commission on Compensation was established by Section 45-7-90 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. Its purpose is to assist the General Assembly in setting compensation for General Assembly members and constitutional state officers. Such officers include full-time heads of state entities whose compensation is set by the Constitution or state law.
