Medical Record Retrieval Rates

Effective immediately, the responsibility for calculating the annual adjustment relating to the costs of copying and mailing patient’s medical records has been transferred from the Office of Planning and Budget to the Georgia Department of Community Health per HB 385 that passed in the 2015 legislative session.
